The Pre-Kid Bucket List

Before I start this post, I have to preface it by saying that both Jason and I are looking forward to being parents in the relatively near future. However, we both have things we want to do before taking that leap and devoting our lives to little people.

My Pre-Kid Bucket List looks something like this: 

1. Run a Marathon 

Provided nothing crazy happens, this goal will be ticked off the list in May 2014. 

2. Machu Picchu 

Not sure when this will happen, but hoping for next March Break. 

3. Europe 

Italy, Greece, and the United Kingdom top the list, but any or all would be delightful. Again, timeframe unknown on this one. 

4. Finish renovating the house

This one is well underway. We've done six rooms, and there are three more spaces we'd really like to get done (four including a nursery). 

5. Last, but not least ... land a permanent teaching job.

After which, I will feel like this: 

And then I will start my masters degree ...
